I grew up on a farm in Southeastern Wisconsin. Following a farm accident in 2012, I realized life is short - I wanted to do things that not only make me happy but also make a difference to others.
I started my business, Performance Planting, selling and servicing after-market parts from Precision Planting. I quickly furthered my knowledge about how technology can benefit farmers, especially the technology Precision Planting products harness for monitoring and measurement, downforce control, emergence, meters, seed delivery, and liquid control/delivery.
I grew my business to also include selling products I know and trust to help farmers' bottom lines. Dairyland Seed has a strong lineup of corn, silage, alfalfa, and soybean varieties. By identifying the needs and growing conditions of a field, a variety can be chosen that best fits the situation.
